UEFA Euro 2024 will take place in Germany from 14 June to 14 July, AlipayHK users and S⁺ REWARDS members now have an opportunity to bid for the game tickets and witness the finals live. Simply purchase at Sino Malls with AlipayHK and register for Points on either AlipayHK “S⁺ REWARDS” Mini App or the mobile app. Any members who have successfully registered for Points once could bid for the UEFA Euro 2024 tickets!

Minimum Bid for Each Ticket:
1. Final: 300 Points (Quota: 7 tickets)
2. Semi-finals: 200 Points (Quota: 35 tickets)
3. Quarter-finals: 100 Points (Quota: 35 tickets)
4. Round of 16 matches: 100 Points (Quota: 23 tickets)
Notes:
- Each S⁺ REWARDS member can only bid for one ticket category, with a maximum of 2 tickets per person. Members must ensure they have sufficient Points in their S⁺ REWARDS account by 17 April 2024. Failure to have enough Points on that day will result in disqualification.
- Winners will receive email notifications within May 2024 and will be required to provide the participant(s) name and information according to their travel documents for arrangement purposes.
- If a member's auction is successful, the Points will be automatically deducted and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- If Points are not deducted by 19 April 2024 or later, it indicates an unsuccessful auction.
- In the case of identical bidding Points submitted by members, the principle of "first-come, first-served" will be applied, based on the submission time recorded in the system.
- Since the game tickets require real-name registration, participants must provide accurate names according to their travel documents and other required information during registration. Once successfully registered, changes cannot be made. AlipayHK, Sino Malls and UEFA will not be responsible for any inability to redeem game tickets due to incorrect information provided.
- The tickets do not include airfare, accommodation, insurance, etc. Participants must make their own travel arrangements.
- Ticket arrangements (including seat allocation) are expected to be handled by UEFA around mid-May 2024 and are unrelated to AlipayHK and Sino Malls.
- Participants should ensure they provide correct contact information and respond to UEFA's arrangements. AlipayHK, Sino Malls and UEFA will not be responsible for any inability to provide tickets due to failure to contact participants successfully.
- All ticket and match-related changes are unrelated to AlipayHK and Sino Malls and are subject to UEFA Promotion T&Cs*.
- Activities are subject to change without prior notice.
- Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
